Bringing you to your knees over 8.5 hilly miles

The Combe Crawler is our (already) legendary race that's guaranteed to tax the muscles of even the most race-hardened veteran. It is a true cross-country race that encompasses steep coastal paths, stunning views and beautiful countryside running through dramatic North Devon scenery.

This race is usually the last Sunday of November every year, and has proven to be a fun yet challenging competition for everyone who has entered, no matter their previous race experience.

• 13.6km/8.5miles, ascent 543m/1781ft
• Race starts 11AM
• Entrants must be at least 16
• Maximum of 200 participants
• Chip timing (new this year)
• This is primarily a running event. You must consider whether you are able to complete the course within two and a half hours before entering. This is for the safety of our event crew who can be out on the course for several hours before the event even starts.

Upon successful completion of the Combe Crawler you will receive one of our bespoke medals as a reward for your efforts. There will also be prizes for the overall top three and age category winners.
